These terms apply when you order from SkonSkin. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. We confirm every order by phone before dispatch, and the sale is made at that point. If we can't reach you after reasonable attempts, we may cancel the order.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item has just sold out, where a price was listed in error, or where a delivery address cannot be served.

Prices

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include any applicable tax.
• Delivery is ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside, free on orders of ৳2,000 or more.
• The total shown at checkout, including delivery, is what you pay the courier.
• Prices and offers can change, but never after your order is confirmed.

Promo codes

• Codes may carry a minimum order value, an expiry date, or a limit on total uses.
• A code applies on top of any sale price already showing.
• We may withdraw a code where it is being misused.
• A code applied to a cancelled order is released and can be used again.

Payment

All orders are cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives; we take no advance or card payment.

Delivery

Delivery times we quote are estimates, counted from confirmation. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as weather, strikes or courier disruption, though we'll always keep you informed.

It is your responsibility to give a correct and complete address and a phone number that reaches you.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel any order before it goes to the courier. After delivery, our returns policy applies — in short, we replace or refund anything damaged, wrong or faulty, but cannot take back a product that has been opened and used unless the product itself is at fault.

Products

We describe products as accurately as we can, and colours may appear differently on different screens. Skincare works differently on different people; nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, patch test first and speak to a doctor where you're unsure.

Our liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.
