What it costs, how long it takes, and how paying at the door works.
Delivery charges
- Inside Dhaka — ৳60, 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka — ৳120, 2–4 working days
- Orders of ৳2,000 or more — free delivery, anywhere in Bangladesh
Delivery time is counted from when we confirm your order, not from when you place it. We call to confirm every order before it is dispatched.
How cash on delivery works
You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged when you place the order, and there is no advance payment or card detail to give us.
Please keep the exact amount ready. Couriers often cannot give change, and the total shown at checkout — including delivery — is what you pay.
Checking your parcel
You're welcome to check the parcel is sealed and undamaged before you pay. What you cannot do is open and use a product and then refuse it, as we can no longer sell it.
If nobody is home
The courier will normally call before arriving and will try again if you miss them. After a failed second attempt the parcel comes back to us, and we'll call you to arrange another delivery.
Refusing a delivery
You can refuse a parcel at the door and you won't be charged for it. We do ask that you only order what you intend to accept — a refused parcel costs us the courier fee in both directions, and keeping that rare is what lets us keep offering cash on delivery at all.
