This policy explains what we collect when you order from SkonSkin, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we ask for:
- your name
- your phone number
- your delivery address, and city where you give one
- any note you add to the order
Baskets that aren't checked out
If you fill a basket and leave without ordering, we keep a copy of what was in it. Where you had already started the checkout form, that copy includes the name and phone number you entered, so we can call and finish the order if you'd like us to. These records are deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can ask us to remove yours sooner.
We do not collect card or bank details, because every order is cash on delivery.
Why we collect it
- to pack, confirm and deliver your order
- to call you if there's a problem with the delivery
- to answer you when you contact us about an order
Who else sees it
Your name, phone number and address are given to the courier delivering your parcel, because they cannot deliver it otherwise. That is the only routine sharing we do.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for our accounts and for handling any later question about the order.
Tracking your order
Our tracking page asks for your order number and the phone number you ordered with, so that an order number alone never reveals someone's address.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your basket and your light or dark theme preference between visits, and to keep the site secure. We also use analytics to understand which pages people find useful. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the basket will stop remembering itself if you do.

- Ask what we hold about you
- Ask us to correct something that's wrong
- Ask us to delete your details, where we don't need them for our records
